    What to do at WFC


    Tour Autocar

    On Tuesday June 25 buses will depart the Marriott East for a traveling lunch and tour of Autocar's manufacturing facility in nearby Hagerstown. Waste Fleet Conference attendees have the opportunity to join the tour. Interested attendees can sign up during registration.


    Cost for the tour is $25 which includes lunch and round-trip transportation from the hotel.

    What's the hotel venue for the 2013 event?

    We are pleased to announce that the Waste Fleet Conference is returning to the Indianapolis Marriott East. Reservations at the discounted WFC rate are only available until June 3, 2013. After June 3 reservations will be available at the regular daily rate.

    Are there any additional events to participate in?

    Yes. In 2013, Waste Fleet Conference attendees have the opportunity to tour the AutoCar manufacturing plant, Monday June 24. Transportation will be provided to and from the hotel. More details will be posted soon.

    What are the Driven to Excellence and Garage of Fame Awards?

    The Driven to Excellence Award competition is about finding the fleet managers in the industry who have worked to improve the management of their company's fleet. The Garage of Fame Award is given to honor an individual fleet manager who has worked more than 5 years in the industry to improve his/her organization, how fleets are managed, and the industry itself.
