Budget Waste gets court approval on restructuring plan

Feb. 9 -- Budget Waste Inc. of Calgary, Alberta, said it received court approval for its restructuring plan under the Companies´ Creditors Arrangement Act in Canada.

This approval is the final step in implementing the plan, which was also approved by 98% of the company´s unsecured creditors, Budget Waste said.

Budget Waste provides waste and recycling services to commercial, industrial, construction, homebuilding, oilfield and residential clients in Western Canada.
