Group releases guide for creating recycling programs

Aug. 7 -- New case studies being released by the American Forest & Paper Association can serve as "how-to" guides to create successful recycling programs, the trade group said.

The case studies are available at www.paperrecycles.org and provide information about how winners of the 2009 AF&PA Recycling Awards conduct their programs.

Case studies cover work by Wake County, N.C.´s Feed the Bin program, Stanford University, grocery store Giant Eagle in Pittsburgh, and Orange County, N.C.

AF&PA is a trade association that represents the forest, paper and wood products industry.
