The recycled brewery waste includes glass, paperboard, plastics, metals and byproducts of the brewing process. It also reduced the diameter of its aluminum cans, reducing 10.4 million pounds of aluminum usage and saving $10.1 million last year.
The report, available at www.MillerCoors.com, is the company´s first since the 2008 joint venture between Miller Brewing Co. and Coors Brewing Co.
