    Corporate Recycling & Waste Conference

Investing in Sustainability: ROI and Beyond

    October 8-10, 2013

Welcome to the Corporate Recycling & Waste Conference. This world-class business conference gathers environmental managers from Fortune 1000 firms, government officials and other organizations concerned with advancing sustainability issues while controlling expenses and maximizing profits.

Heading into its third year, the CRWC consists of two days of presentations by some of the leading recycling and waste management innovators in North America. Sustainability officials from FedEx, Southwest Airlines, The Home Depot, General Motors, The Portland Trail Blazers and Family Dollar illustrate a small sample of the high-quality speakers the CRWC attracts each year.

In addition, benefits available to registered attendees include two evening networking receptions, daily continental breakfast before the general session and full access to the exhibit hall where lunch is served. Pre-conference activities include a tour of a local environmental management business as well as continuing education classes administered by Penn State University.

Another highlight of the CRWC is the awarding of the annual Green Corporate Citizen Awards, which recognize businesses that go above and beyond their peers in balancing environmental impact and fiscal responsibility. Collins Bus Corp., Fegley Brew Works and General Motors are the first three winners of the Green Corporate Citizen Awards.
